Standard Booth Package：
Note:
1. Per Standard Booth is equipped with 3 shell walls, carpeted floor, fascia board, a desk with 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, a 220V plug, and includes the fees of illumination security, cleaning, etc.
2. No equipment is provided for raw space and management fees are to be charged.
3. 5% of extra fees for two sides open booth.
 

 
PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE
  1. Request brochure (contact the organizer by phone or log on our website at www.eastpo.net) to get the detailed information about our show.
  2. Fill up the “Space application form” with a seal and return it to the organizer by fax.
  3. The organizer will check all the information submitted by exhibitor and allocate booth according to the principle of early birds first.
  4. After the confirmation by both sides, the organizer will mail two copies of Exhibiting Contract to exhibitors. Exhibitors should stamp the contract and return one copy to the organizer by mail or Email.
  5. Exhibitors should deal with the payment according to date required.
  6. Exhibitors will receive a copy of “exhibitors manual”.
  7. Exhibitors should submit the forms in the exhibitor’s manual according the requirements.
  8. Exhibitors may consulate organizer about the issue involved in stand build-up, transportation and etc.
  9. Period for move-in, decoration and build-up.
  10. Move-out according to rules.
