Dear Customers,

We have been informed that the Chinese Government has recently tighten its visa policy for entry to China surrounding the Olympic Games 2008 (Aug 08-24) due to security reasons.

Therefore, for the convenience of your upcoming participation in our events in China, we encourage that you apply for your entry visa early to avoid congestion and issuance problem. We understand that visitor from some countries may now need an official letter of invitation from Chinese governmental organizations for their China visa applications. We recommend that you contact the Chinese embassy in your country or your visa service agents to find out what kind of documents are required at the moment. You may want to confirm in particular if invitation letters need be issued from a governmental organization in the show hosting city. If yes, please contact our show team immediately for assistance.

A Letter of Invitation will be issued by the organizer to facilitate your visa application. Please check and approach the Embassy of PR China with the invitation to get the visa. We will provide the Letter of Invitation within 7 workdays free of charge by fax or courier upon any request.
To gain the invitation letter for the visa application, please fill out the Request Form and return to us by fax: (8621) 51010002 or email to eastpo.net@gmail.com no later than two weeks prior to the show. The organizer may request the applicant’s supporting documents in case of any queries.
