1．Please give good preparation for exhibits, equipments and construction. Recommendation letter is required when register at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). If overtime work required at night, please contact the organizer before 15:00 at the same day, and extra fees will be charged otherwise.
2．Per Standard Booth (3M×3M) is equipped with carpeted floor, 2 100W spotlights, 2 chairs, a information desk, a 220V plug that is available to small home appliance rather than lighting and equipment usage ( no exceed 500W electricity). Participating enterprises can appoint two personnel (excluding custom-built stand) to responsible for the decoration, installation and equipment debugging if necessary in the course of construction and dismantling.
3．Please make application in advance in case the equipment operation is required during the exhibition, Only after obtaining the approval and paying the cleaning fee can the exhibitors operate the equipment. To guarantee safety, the designated electricians by the exhibition center shall be responsible for installation and putting through the electricity. The exhibitors shall be liable for the expenses of the necessary cable, connection and installation fee arising there from.
4．Articles of over-volume, over-weight, over-height and over-length shall be allowed to exhibit after the approval from the organizer. The exhibits which can pass the gate of 5m in width and 4m in height are permitted to move into the exhibition center. (Apart from the over-weight exhibits). The ground load of exhibition center is 3 ton per square meters; however, 50% will be reduced if there is vertical vibration when the exhibit is operating. Only the weight according with the weight distribution are allowed move into the exhibition hall. If the weight of exhibits exceed the distribution standard, then, the exhibitors shall get the approval from exhibition hall and adopt the sufficient protection measures to prevent ground and other facilities from damages. The exhibitors shall be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
5．The frames, carpeted floor, furniture and extra-fee-charged equipments provided by the organizer in the stand shall be returned after the closing of exhibition. The exhibitors shall compensate if there are any damages.
6．Participating enterprises shall be responsible for the decoration, description, photos and props of the stand. Nailing, pasting of promotion material with paste are not allowed. The exhibitors shall compensate for the stain and damages accordingly. The organizer reserves the rights to modify the inappropriate decoration.
7．Electricity, water and gas provided by the designated official contractor shall be booked in advance.
8．The move-in and move-out of exhibits shall strictly accord to the relevant regulations of the designated forwarders and contractors. Please assure that all exhibits will be delivered to the designated forwarders. The organizer will not promise the entrance of exhibits in time if exhibitors fail to inform the designated official forwarder in advance.
9．Participating personnel shall abide with disciplines of foreign affairs, civilized and neat. In case of any situation, the personal shall give timely report in order to carefully conduct the job of safeguard and secrecy.
10．The participating personnel shall abide with move-in and move-out arrangement of the exhibition and the command of on-site staffs.
11．Please take care of your own exhibits and the precious articles carried with in the course of exhibition to well conduct thief-prevention.
12．Responsibility and Insurance
a) All exhibitors shall cover the whole insurance at their own expenses, including from the departure to the stand as well as the journey returning to the departure. The organizer seriously suggests that all portable and precious articles shall be packed and safeguard carefully after the closing of exhibition each day. All articles shall not be allowed to be displayed at will. The organizer shall not be responsible for any loses and damages arising at the exhibition
b) Advice exhibitors to cover all the projects, and be responsible for public services and protection. The liability of the participating enterprises starts from move-in of exhibitors or his agents or contractors to move-out of the all the exhibits.
c) Exhibitors shall compensate for the relevant expenses and loses arising from the behavior of exhibitors, their agents, contractors and guests.
d) The exhibitors shall be responsible for any loses and damages of the furniture at the stand. Before putting through electricity, exhibitors shall adopt the necessary measures to against the damages of the equipment and exhibits.
e) Advice exhibitors to cover the insurance of interim employees and agents.
13. Pressure Vessel——In case participating enterprises want to take pressure vessel into the exhibition hall, exhibitors shall fill up the form and submit it to the organizer with the detailed material. Only after confirmed and approved by the relevant department can the article move in. Participating enterprises shall strictly adopt the fire-prevention measure and lay the article in the designated-place, or he shall be responsible for loses in case of the inadequate safekeeping and improper use.
14. All exhibitors, contractors, staffs, agents and service members shall strictly abide with Fire Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and the regulations of Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).Fire fighting access of exhibition center and nearby shall be accessible under any conditions.
15. Importance: According to the relevant regulations of exhibition center, custom-built stands shall pay floor cleaning fee to the official contractor.( Only accept remittance and cash)
