⒈Regulations of Applying Stand Facilities

(1)According to the regulation of SNIEC, since January 1st, 2008, the worker for the decoration and dismantlement have to wear safety helmet. The guard has the right to refuse your entrance, if it is not met.

⒉Regulation of Transport Vehicles
(1) Transport Vehicles shall abide with the management of security staff after move in Shanghai New International
Expo Center. The transport vehicles shall move into the cargo working area orderly. Otherwise the security staff has right to prevent the vehicles from moving in the cargo working area

(2) Transport vehicles shall first go to “integral process” Service Center located at the south entrance of Shanghai
New International Expo Center（SNIEC）before move into the cargo working area or exhibition hall.


(3) The transport vehicles shall obey the command of the security staff in the course of loading or unloading at the cargo working area. The vehicles should leave immediately once finish the job. The driver shall not leave the cab in the course of loading or unloading. Those who lead to traffic jam shall suffer penalty.

(4)Prior application is required if transporting vehicles (limited to less 5 tons) need to unload the articles in the exhibition hall. And the party shall make good preparation to protect the exhibition hall’s equipments and unload at designated location.

(5) During the period of exhibition, vehicles shall not be allowed to move into cargo working area. If there are special circumstances, vehicles shall gain the prior consent and pay vehicle management fee of 50Yuan/one according to regulations.

(6) Application and collection time is from 8:30 am .Closing time is subject to show sponsor’s working time. Transporter can furnish to the Service Center written application for postponing working time one hour ahead on the same day.

⑼ Charge criteria (subject to electronic accounting standards on site).

3. Regulations of Carpet Covering of Exhibition Hall

To protect the environment and public’s safety, please abide with the following regulations of carpet covering of
exhibition hall

⑴ All contractors shall use green carpet and carpet glue when move in Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

⑵ All contractors shall submit samples of carpet and carpet glue, Product Quality Guarantee and Fire Prevention Certification 10 days before move in exhibition hall

⑶ The exhibition hall is authorised to prevent the carpet and carpet glue that fail to meet the requirement from entering the exhibition hall.

4. Regulations of Overtime Work for Construction
To strengthen the management of overtime work, avoiding theft and loss of exhibits, please comply with the herein regulations.
